Primary Care Clinic
Primary care is the first health care you receive from a doctor,
nurse practitioner or nurse. He or she will consult with you and
meet your needs, and if necessary, will coordinate further care

Our providers will handle treatment of minor injuries; lab and
diagnostic testing; and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
For children, we offer the following services:
school or camp physicals
KAN Be Healthy (KBH) screens
routine well child examinations
For adults, we handle:

Pediatrics is the branch of medicine dealing with children and
their health concerns.
Our pediatrician, Dr. Hibba Haider, provides routine well-child
exams; KAN Be Healthy screens; school, camp and sports
physicals; and much more.
Flint Hills Community Health Center is a Level II Patient-
Centered Medical Home, meaning the focus is on you and your
family in your care and disease management.
We help form a team that includes you, your family, your primary
care provider, nurses, other specialists, dietitians, behavioral
health specialists, your case manager and your community
health workers. We help you reach your goals by improving
communication with the team; help you manage your off-site
referrals and appointments; and more!
