National Depression Screenings Continue
Screenings will be held at Flint Hills Community Health Center

On October 6  Flint Hills Community Health Center (FHCHC) had their annual National Depression Screening Day.  After the event the Behavioral Health Specialists decided they wanted to continue to offer free depression screenings for the rest of October.

Appointments can be scheduled, or people can walk-in and wait to be seen Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. To schedule an appointment call 342-4864.

FHCHC offers individualized and on-line screening for four of the most common and frequently occurring conditions: depression, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and post traumatic stress disorder.

The screenings are held at FHCHC. They are informational, not diagnostic. The screenings are confidential. Mental health professionals will be available to review results of the screenings.
